MESSAGES

Easter Sunday 2026

Thank you for joining us at Ensley Church of the Nazarene in Pensacola, Florida. This Easter Sunday, we gather to celebrate the victory of the empty tomb and the hope found in the risen Christ. Throughout this Lenten season, we have walked through Old Testament Scripture, uncovering the deeper story of sin, grace, and redemption. Today, that story reaches its fulfillment in the resurrection of Jesus—where sorrow turns to joy, death gives way to life, and hope is restored forever. In John 20:11–18, we encounter Mary Magdalene in a moment of deep grief… only to be met by the risen Savior who calls her by name. It is a powerful reminder that even in our darkest moments, Jesus is near—and everything can change in an instant. The darkness of Good Friday is behind us. The light of resurrection has come. We invite you to celebrate with us as we rejoice in the risen King and the new life we have in Him.
