5 Events Per Year
Five times each year, ECNaz distributes food to our Ensley community with a need to stretch their groceries a little bit further during the month. All food is generously donated by caring individuals with a heart to serve their neighbors. The number of bags distributed is determined by the amount of donations received. Grocery Give Away days begin at 9:00am with the distribution of one bag per vehicle and ends when the bags are gone or until 11:00am.

Would you like to be part of this great project? There are many ways to serve. We always have room for volunteers to shop for groceries, pack bags, distribute bags, assist with parking, and pray for guests. Use the link below to discover how you can assist with this project.

Ensley Church of the Nazarene is located at 8300 N Palafox Street, between Olive Road and E Johnson Avenue.
ECNaz volunteers will line up cars as they arrive. Your vehicle will remain in line and be served in the order in which you arrived.
No. This event is an opportunity to interact with and support the Ensley neighborhood. While we would like for you to become part of the ECNaz family, our goal is for you to know that you are loved and for us to serve our neighbor--no strings attached.
Car lineup is based upon the number of bags available for distribution; therefore, only one bag per car is allowed.

Can I get a bag before the event?
Groceries are not available until the day of the event.
At this month's Grocery Give Away, we're helping neighbors with their Thanksgiving meal. This food giveaway is Thanksgiving related and has a different shopping list than the others.
