Pastor Josh Moore joined the ECNaz Family in October of 2019. He and his wife Stacy relocated to Pensacola from Hutchinson, KS. Pastor Josh completed his undergraduate degree in Theology & Ministry at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK, his Masters of Divinity Degree at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO, and was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene on the Southern Florida District in 2010. Prior to joining the ENC Staff as Lead Pastor, Josh served as an Associate and Student Ministry Pastor in Kansas, Indiana, & South Florida.
Brenda Woolum has lead our Children’s Department team as Children’s Director for 20+ years. Our Children’s Department goal at Ensley Nazarene is to partner with parents! We want to give parents what they need to become the primary spiritual leaders for their children. During their time with us, children experience an awesome environment where they can learn life applications. In addition to Family Worship resources are available for families to continue the use and learning of the life app throughout the week.
Pastor Tyler has degrees from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and MidAmerica Nazarene University, both of which have helped her follow her call to walk with Jesus and care for others. With her husband Jake, she has spent the last 12 years serving in Eastern Europe and Asia, and they have 3 entertaining children: Malachi, Miriam, and Ezra. Tyler loves jazz, tea, and great books.
Jake came on board with ECNaz in May 2021 after moving back to the United States with his family from previously serving for the past 10 years on the Asia-Pacific region. Previous to that he was a Youth Pastor at Cathedral Heights Nazarene in Texarkana, AR and College Church Nazarene in Olathe Kansas. He currently teaches Business Management at Pensacola High School with their IB program and in Higher Education remote work with various universities around the world. He spends most of his free time with his 3 children, watching soccer, playing video games, and cooking, eating and talking about delicious foods. He also recently started playing disc golf.
Carolyn joined our staff in the fall of 2007. She is an alumni of University of West Florida with a degree in Business Education. Throughout her career as a military spouse, she’s enjoyed a variety of side jobs including teacher, Mall Manager’s Assistant and Navy College Counselor. She is also honored to have volunteered for a number of organizations such as MOMS Club Area Coordinator for West Virginia and Director for Ensley’s Caravan Scouting program.
